Preparing for your LBL session
1. It is advisable that you have experienced at least one Past Life
Regression before coming for your LBL session. This ensures you are
familiar with the hypnosis process, what to expect and how it feels.
Your journey into Life Between Lives will be more profound because of
this experience.
2. Please have typed up the following lists and bring them with you to Your session;
- “Cast of characters” which is a list usually consisting of no more than names of people who have played a significant part in your life.
- The influence they have had can either be positive or negative, they may have already passed through the veil of time.
- The person may no longer be in contact with you. Beside their name write a description of them in a sentence with key words which describe their character.
- You may write a list of questions about your current life which you would like to ask. The questions may be about lessons you came to learn, the meaning of your life and its purpose, relationships and their dynamics or why certain things have happened in your life. (Please keep this to a limit of around 15 questions)
- If there is a specific reason you are coming for a LBL regression please let me know in a simple sentence.
3. A recording will be made of your session.
4. To make the most of your session;
- It is best to be well rested. Please avoid too much water or caffeine.
- It is advisable to schedule your session at a time when you are not going to be busy afterwards.
- Be open and trust.
